Hot Ringtone Trends
Hurban Ringtones. According to World Entertainment News Network, hispanic ringtone market ("hurban", after "hispanic urban")
is one of the fastest-growing markets, which will take off very soon as the percentage of Hispanic teens gradually increases. Still in its infancy (with a
notable exception of Toma by Cuban-American rapper Pitbull and La Tortura by Shakira), hurban ringtones are going to
become much more popular after their success in the Latino market.

Short Codes (Numbers)
You've definitely need lots of advertising of mobile content-related services on TV or in print, and you might have noticed that the service providers
asked you to send some text to some short number ('short' meaning less than the standard 10-11 digits). In the US, UK, Ireland, Canada and a number of
other countries short codes usually consist of 5 digits and are universal across all carriers (mobile operators, if you live in Europe) within
one country.
Short codes provide convenient means of interaction with users: they're easy to type, they give convenient payment means (without any credit card or
PayPal involved). Short codes can be Random or Selected. Random short code doesn't have any pattern in it, for example: 32589. Selected short codes
usually have patterns or represent a word (code: 20202; word: 66639 [MONEY]). Selected codes are usually more expensive to maintain.
